Pilgrim Manor offers skilled nursing services, as well as long term care services. We encourage our residents to remain as independent as possible while assisting with the skills that they require assistance.
We have physicians that come to the Facility to see the residents and
monitor their progress. You are welcome to use your own physician,
but an in-house physician is familiar with the nursing facility
requirements and geriatric medicine. The available physicians are:
